All subscription fees and charges for NavMiles are non-refundable except as required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at
support@navmiles.com within 7 days of the transaction. The maximum refund available for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for your most recent subscription period (monthly payment).

If you purchased NavMiles via the App Store or Google Play, refunds must be requested through their respective platforms, subject to their policies.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to refunds. Your sole remedy is a refund of the most recent monthly payment amount, if eligible.
